Current product capabilities
ShiftSpindle brings request details, parts context, and saved follow-up into the same working flow.
Create requests and track their status, equipment, location, linked parts, assignment, and due dates. Keep work logs, status history, and attachments with each request.
Maintain part quantities, low-stock thresholds, and storage locations, with quantity history. Record part usage from a linked maintenance request.
Run AI triage on saved requests for none, possible, or likely potential downtime, with a rationale, available linked-part evidence, and routine follow-up suggestions. Manage suggestions in an assignable, due-dated queue.
AI triage is an assessment, not confirmation of downtime or a failure prediction.
See saved work in the Operations overview and in a scheduled outbound daily digest covering open work, low-stock parts, saved follow-up suggestions, and qualifying saved potential-downtime assessments.
